In this post, I’m sharing my quiet luxury beach bag essentials. Quiet luxury is a new trend that’s been all over Pinterest and social media this year. However, it’s not really a new concept. It’s more a new name, to match a style that’s been around for decades! Either way, I’ve fallen in love with ‘quiet luxury’ this year. 

The idea behind the ‘quiet luxury’ trend ties quite nicely with my goal of bringing you a classic capsule wardrobe. A capsule wardrobe is a collection of clothes that pair well together, helping you look stylish everyday without suffering from outfit fatigue (or breaking the bank!). 

This style has been popularized by shows like Succession in recent years, but our favorite celebrities have been adopting a style of ‘quiet luxury’ for years. In recent posts I’ve helped you with some classic staples for a quiet luxury capsule wardrobe, but today I want to talk specifically about summer and beachy days. 

If you’re headed to the beach this summer, my beach bag essentials is just what you need. From my favorite sunglasses to SPF that doesn’t make you break out… I’ve thought of everything to keep you comfortable and stylish this summer.

I love a classic, thick black frame. Personally, I think it’s one of the easiest ways to look more classically luxurious (which is exactly what I’m going for with this quiet luxury beach bag essentials roundup.)

I love how big these towels are, meaning, they’ll actually cover the whole sunchair! They’re also incredibly soft (I am not a fan a scratchy towels!) and I love the tan and white strips – they’re quiet luxury all day. This pack of 4 from Amazon is actually a great deal for summer. 

These hair clips are so much more stylish than a ponytail, and I love that my style stays intact even when I take the ponytail out.

It has a 4in brim and comes in a variety of sizes that can help it fit snuggly for you. I love having a hat to throw on at the beach because it’s the easiest way to protect your face from the sun.

They also have sizes to fit wider feet, which isn’t always the case with sandals! This makes them extra comfortable and I just love that they’re easy to take off and throw in your bag when you want to walk in the sand.

Trust me, you can’t go wrong with the Ormonde Jayne perfume from Harrods. It’s a floral scent with basenotes of Cedarwood, Amber and Musk. I imagine it would be the scent of Shiv Roy from Succession.
