Spring is springing girlies! Each day gets slightly longer and slightly warmer, the closer we get to April. Spring is all about growth and it always fills our lives with so much color. Winter can start feeling pretty bleak right about now… very gray, white, and cold – but this coming Spring is sure to be colorful!
Especially if Essie has anything to say about it. They’ve released two new Spring 2024 nail collections, one in their traditional polish and one in their Essie Expressie (quick dry polish). Today I’m going to be sharing both new collections with you.

Let’s start with the Essie Spring 2024 Collection in their regular polish and then jump into the new Expressie Collection because those come around a lot less often!
Essie Spring 2024 Nail Polish Collection
As usual, Essie has released six new colors based on the latest trends and predictions for Spring 2024.
The new colors are called:

As usual, Essie has given us a collection of colorful pastels for spring. Both the new colors and the names go well with a spring trend. It’s all about bright, pastels, cream, and shimmers. Just what we’re looking for as we escape winter and enter a year of girl energy. Now I want to dive into each color a little bit more.
Spring Fling
Spring Fling is keeping our love of Barbie alive and well in 2024. It’s a coral pink with beautiful flecks of gold throughout.
I’ll be honest, this whole collection is giving ‘Barbie’ and I’m here for it. I said in my 2024 Makeup and Beauty trends that we were going to continue to see more femininity and Barbie this year.
Tu-Lips Touch
Tu-Lips Touch is a creamy light blue that is giving us ‘Blueberry Latte’ vibes.
It’s a great color for spring and plays up the Coquette fashion that we’re seeing so much of right now.
Flirty Flutters
Essie brings us more Barbie with this rich, shimmering blush pink.
This color would look incredible as a pink chrome manicure – and will give us the shimmering look that is everywhere this year.
First Kiss Bliss
This pastel green is riding the coattails of the greens that have been popping up everywhere.
Except with a pastel spring spin that we know and love from Essie. I recommend a couple of coats to make sure you get a nice, rich color out of this one.
Blushin’ and Crushin’
Steering away from pastels, Blushin’ and Crushin’ is a vibrant, head-turning pink.
This is a bold color that is trending all over Pinterest this year. Essie definitely got the prediction of this pink’s popularity right.
Meet Cute Moment
Last up for Essie’s Spring 2024 Collection we have Meet Cute Moment.
Essie has brought us a shimmering, rich coral that manages to also be THE Pantone color of the year, only in nail polish.
These six colors from the Essie Spring 2024 Collection are bringing us chick flick romances, spring colors, and pastel shades that only Essie does well. Which color is your favorite?
Essie Expressie Spring 2024 Nail Polish Collection
However, that’s not all that’s new from Essie this year. They’ve also released a trendy, poppier set of colors with their Essie Expressie collection. This collection is called Power Moves.
Essie Expressie is their Quick Dry polish and these colors are geared towards the TikTok audience. They’re brighter and punchier, and just check out their names.

Hello purple! At the end of last year, I was seeing Jewel Tones everywhere.
People were looking for rich, deep colors that popped. This purple is giving us that energy this spring. I haven’t seen a purple like this in a nail color in a long time, and I love it.
One thing that you’re going to notice already with this collection is that it’s very different from the other spring releases. These colors are bright, deep, and ready to grab someone’s attention mid-scroll.
Feel the Hype
Another rich, powerful color – this dark blue is beautiful.
Completely at odds with the blueberry latte blue shared above, I love the contrast that these two collections are bringing.
Main Character Moment
The color and name of this polish are perfect.
You could not have created a more ‘Main Character’ moment – which is something that’s trending across social media. This bright color is sure to steal the show! Are you brave enough to try it?
Never Skip a Beat
Brown nails have been trending for the last six months, and I’m so happy to see that Essie doesn’t think brown is finished yet.
I usually always share a ‘nude’ nail color – but these browns are just getting richer and more beautiful.

We are not skipping pink this year!
I love that every collection out right now features pink, allowing us to claim back our girl energy. From Barbie to Mean Girls, pink is back. I also love that they chose to name their pink in this collection “Power Moves”. This is a top choice for the season!
Take a Break Dance
Lastly, nude! I love having a nude nail and I was so excited to see this color in the collection.
For those who want to follow the ‘Natural Look’ trend this spring – then this is the color for you.
