I miss Clearwater so much! It is definitely my happy place. Whenever things get overwhelming, coming back to this town has a way of helping me re-center. The walks along the water are so grounding, beachy outfits, yoga on the beach in the morning, fresh fish for almost every meal. What are your favorite ways to re-center?

Grateful for another sunny day ☀️ what are you grateful for today?

I’ve been starting my days with a gratitude journal and it has really reframed things for me. Reframing the seemingly mundane things from “I have to” to “I get to” is super effective at switching up my mood in an instant.
It is easy to be happy on vacation but it’s most important to maintain that sense of gratitude on the day to day.
