I’ve been starting my days with a gratitude journal and it has really reframed things for me. Reframing the seemingly mundane things from “I have to” to “I get to” is super effective at switching up my mood in an instant.
It is easy to be happy on vacation but it’s most important to maintain that sense of gratitude on the day to day.
