My preference is working out in long sleeve tops at the gym. I generally run cold and it takes me a while to warm up. In the springtime weather, I’ll wear a light jacket (options are below) over my short sleeve or tank top and remove it once I feel warm enough, but in the cooler months, I am always in long sleeves. The last couple of years have reinforced my love for activewear sets. Whether it is working from home, running errands, or even relaxing around the house. Activewear sets are an awesome way to look put together while being super cozy. I am in my activewear sets 99% of the time. Here are some options that are tall-girl friendly:

3. Tall Activewear Pants
I would argue that out of everything listed, pants are the most difficult to find when you’re tall. Here are some of my absolute favorite options. I personally used to be so anti-Lululemon. I believed that purchasing clothing (that I planned on sweating in) at that price point was a waste of money. However, I bit the bullet and purchased my first pair of the Align leggings. Wow, my world changed. First and foremost, the material is so soft and luxurious making my workouts that much more pleasant. I barely feel the leggings when I am wearing them. Second, they last. I workout 3-4x per week (I only use the Lululemon leggings now) and I wash them constantly. If you take care of these leggings properly, they will last a long time and you will be obsessed. Just wash them using the delicate cycle option.

4. Tall Activewear Jackets
As mentioned above, gyms can blast air conditioning (even in the summer) making it freezing! Winter can be just as frigid inside the gym as it is outside. If you are always cold like me, I know you will appreciate wearing a warm-up jacket. Here are my top options for tall activewear jackets.
